Champion Insurance Advantage offers the Health Insurance for U.S. Students Who Are Studying Abroad policy to U.S. students studying outside the United States.
The Health Insurance for U.S. Students Who Are Studying Abroad plan is available to student who reside in 39 states, of any nationality, who is participating in a formal "study abroad" program through a U.S. college or university (or other recognized academic institution), as long as the student is not studying in his/her own country of citizenship.
This coverage is NOT currently available to students who reside in CT, DC, KS, LA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NY OR or WA.
United States citizens who are independently registered at a foreign college or university are also eligible.
