•	We will never share, sell, license, give away or otherwise disseminate any personal information you provide to us (including your email address) with any person or organization, except for the insurer/administrator underwriting your policy.

For those clients who do not wish to utilize even encrypted online forms, we make available most of our forms as downloadable PDF documents, which can be printed and faxed to us. To use these files, you must first download Adobe's free Acrobat Reader utility.
